Holy Kebab signs lease for new restaurant in Gränbystaden, Uppsala

Holy Kebab has signed an agreement for another restaurant, this time in Gränbystaden, Uppsala, where the chain will open a unit in the shopping center’s busy food court. The property owner is Atrium Ljungberg, and Tenrep identified the location and managed the negotiations through to a finalized lease agreement.

The unit measures approximately 80 sqm and occupies a strategic position in the heart of the center. By locating in the food court, Holy Kebab gains access to high customer flows and a natural showcase for both new and returning visitors. Gränbystaden is one of Sweden’s most dynamic retail destinations, making this establishment an important step in the chain’s growth journey.

Holy Kebab has quickly established itself as a strong player in Sweden’s quick-service restaurant market. With clear branding, flavorful menus, and a youthful profile, the chain has attracted a wide customer base. The establishment in Gränbystaden strengthens the brand’s visibility and supports further expansion in prime retail destinations.

For Tenrep, this is yet another example of our role in delivering a complete process – combining market analysis, site identification, and lease negotiations. We work closely with both landlords and brands to create agreements that ensure profitability and long-term stability.

We congratulate Holy Kebab on their new lease in Gränbystaden. Read more about other establishments we have completed here.
