Tenrep is proud to have supported Five Guys in the process of their first Scandinavian establishment. The restaurant will be located at Sergels Torg 2 in Stockholm, one of the city’s most attractive restaurant addresses. The unit is approximately 500 sqm and was previously occupied by Klang Market. The grand opening is scheduled for January 2025.
This marks a significant milestone for Five Guys, as it enters the Swedish market and begins a broader Scandinavian expansion. The central location at Sergels Torg – one of Stockholm’s busiest squares – ensures both strong visibility and access to high customer flows, making it the perfect launch site for the brand’s rollout strategy.
Tenrep’s role in the project included market analysis, site identification, and managing the negotiations through to a finalized lease agreement. With our experience in international restaurant rollouts and in-depth knowledge of Stockholm’s retail landscape, we were able to secure the right conditions for a successful entry.
