Tenrep has entered into an exclusive collaboration agreement with Råvara to establish locations for new restaurants. We are happy that they choosed us as their establishment consultants. Råvara, founded by Anders Hellman in Luleå in 2004, bases its business concept on serving sushi, poké, and health-oriented dishes. They construct their restaurants in collaboration with a northern house manufacturer and set them up at commercial locations and well-trafficked areas.
In 2023, Polar Ventures (wholly owned by the Polarbrödsgruppen) acquired 49% of the company with the intention of significantly expanding the business in Sweden.
We are currently seeking land, initially in Umeå and Örnsköldsvik, but ultimately in larger cities in northern and central Sweden.
The property owner needs to provide:
• 58m2 of asphalted or gravel area with concrete slabs
• A drive-through loop for our food pickup.
• Suitable space for outdoor seating.
The restaurant will be connected to water, drain, electricity, and fiber.
