Däckskiftarna continues its expansion. The chain has signed a new agreement with Alecta Fastigheter for a new Däckskiftarna station at Kongahälla in Kungälv. Tenrep identified the location and negotiated the agreement with the property owner.
Through this establishment, Däckskiftarna strengthens its presence in the Gothenburg region. Customers in Kungälv and the surrounding area will gain better access to fast, convenient and accessible tire services. The location at Kongahälla is strategically attractive due to its strong retail environment, accessibility and proximity to major traffic flows.
A strong retail location in Kungälv
Kongahälla Center is one of the leading retail destinations in northern Greater Gothenburg. The centre is centrally located in Kungälv, directly adjacent to the E6 motorway. In recent years, the area has developed into an important destination for retail, services, restaurants and everyday visits.
Kongahälla Center comprises approximately 40,000 sqm of lettable area and includes around 100 stores, restaurants and service operators. Tenants include Clas Ohlson, Coop, Elgiganten, H&M, Nordic Wellness, O’Learys and Systembolaget. The centre attracts around 4 million visitors annually.
Alecta Fastigheter owns Kongahälla Center. The company is owned by the occupational pension company Alecta and manages properties with a long-term focus on places, businesses and returns for Alecta’s pension savers. In 2026, Alecta Fastigheter became the sole owner of Kongahälla Center.
