eyes + more continues its expansion in Sweden. During February, the chain has opened three new stores in strong retail locations: Nordstan in Gothenburg, Ingelsta Shopping in Norrköping and Södergatan in Malmö. Tenrep has supported the establishment process from location search and property owner dialogue to negotiation and agreements.
The three openings mark an important step in the continued rollout of eyes + more in the Swedish market. Through these establishments, the chain strengthens its presence in both city locations and established retail environments.
Three openings in February
On 4 February, eyes + more opened in Nordstan in Gothenburg. Nordstan is one of Sweden’s most visited retail destinations and offers strong customer flows in central Gothenburg.
On 6 February, the chain also opened a new store at Ingelsta Shopping in Norrköping. Ingelsta is an established retail area with strong regional appeal and good accessibility.
On 12 February, eyes + more opened on Södergatan in Malmö. Through this opening, the chain strengthens its presence in Malmö, where the brand already has an important position through its first Swedish pilot store.
A clear and scalable store concept
eyes + more is part of nexeye, an international optical retail group with more than 720 stores in Europe. The brand offers eyewear at fixed, transparent all-inclusive prices and combines professional eye care with a fashion-oriented product range.

Tenrep’s role
Tenrep has worked closely with eyes + more throughout the establishment process. The assignment includes site selection, market analysis, contact with property owners, lease negotiations and support through to agreement.
